Summary/Objective
Review all jobs ensuring all installation requirements/processes are in place. Create and
manage each sold Drains, Plumbing, HVAC and Boiler install job from start to finish,
“working with multiple teams” to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
Responsibilities
● File SCR’s
● Pull any plumbing permits
● Blue Stakes scheduled
● Communicate daily updates with Install Lead/Manager
● Review all jobs, ensuring all installation requirements/processes are in place
● Handle all rebate information; working with Sales team and clients
● Pull permits on applicable jobs (reliable transportation needed)
● Monitor job costs daily
● Post job wrapup, reporting on final numbers and learning
● Close out all non jobs on dispatch board for office personnel and/or former techs
● Assist with dispatching, as needed

Required Education and Expertise
● High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
● Computer literate and proficient using G-Suite, Service Titan, Slack, Zoom etc.
● Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.).
● Excellent customer service skills.
● Organized and detail-oriented.
● Outstanding communicator both verbally and written.
Preferred Education and Expertise
● Some college preferred
● 1-3 Years of project management experience
