Job Description Summary/Objective Assist Commercial Account Manager with tile work, drywall, re-grout, carpentry, painting and welding. Will also assist with assembling, installing or repairing pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes. Always focused on getting tech in the residence for opportunity. ● Communicate all interaction with customers into Service Titan making sure all notes are precise and with purpose. ● Utilize list in Service Titan to reach client list and provide a 3 close sales process to each client. ● Keep detailed notes for your customers so you can follow up and build relationships with our clients. ● Sell Membership plans on a renewal basis as well as to new clients. Understand the THCC plan 100%. ● Develop a routine of following up on all unsold jobs utilizing the follow up board in Service Titan and providing results. Understand there will be times Certain departments will need extra focus to fill open gaps. ● Submit the sales tracking to Dispatch Manager. ● Review all opportunities to follow up on membership, maintenance and unsold. Keep detailed notes for success. ● Communicate weekly with individual Salespeople and Service experts that are assigned to maintain strong working relationships and strategize on upcoming follow up calls. ● Ensure your sales record sheets are up to date showing current monthly revenue as well as projected revenue. ● Present to your manager any issues or ideas for the team to grow and get better. ● Assist CSR dept. when there is overflow to serve our clients at the highest level. ● Forward any client issues that arise to the appropriate managers for immediate action to correct. ● Uphold and carry out company policies and procedures and core values. ● Stay up to date on knowledge of current services offered at All Hours Plumbing Heating & Air.
