Job Description:
As a Comfort Advisor, you will be the face of our company, responsible for educating homeowners on our range of HVAC products and services, and guiding them towards the best solutions for their individual needs. You will build rapport, conduct thorough in-home assessments, and provide accurate and compelling proposals that result in successful sales.
Responsibilities:
- In-Home Consultations: Conduct detailed in-home assessments to understand customer needs, evaluate existing HVAC systems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air quality systems, and other related products.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, including pricing, financing options, and installation timelines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Sales Tracking: Track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources.
- Follow Up: Follow up with potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex product information.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
