What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines through strategic planning and execution.
- Own performance metrics including conversion, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability.
- Implement and uphold “gold standard” service systems that ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
- Develop, coach, and empower multi‑trade technicians and supervisors to become industry‑leading performers.
- Strengthen employee retention through mentorship, career pathing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Enhance the employee experience by improving communication, processes, and day‑to‑day support.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with dispatch, install, sales, and leadership teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.
- Represent Whipple Service Champions in the community as a trusted, respected service leader.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi‑trade home services.
- 1+ years of Install Management and budgetary compliance within a service environment.
- Hands‑on skilled trades background (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication, organization, and operational planning skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive results.
