Job Description:
As an HVAC Service and Sales Tech, you will be both a trusted technical expert and a customer-facing advisor. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while also educating homeowners on replacement options, upgrades, and comfort solutions. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical work with consultative sales, ensuring customers receive both immediate service and long-term solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:
2–5 years residential HVAC service experience
EPA and/or RMGA in hand
Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.

Valid driver’s license and ability to handle physical workload (lifting 50 lbs).
