Diagnose underground plumbing and drain issues on assigned jobs
Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
Educate customers on system health, long‑term solutions, and safety
Operate and protect company equipment; maintain a clean, well‑stocked truck
Follow all safety codes, jobsite procedures, and Whipple standards
Represent Whipple professionally inside and outside the home
2-3+ years of underground plumbing/drain experience - non-negotiable
Proven underground sales experience - non-negotiable
Ability to operate and maneuver heavy equipment
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
Flexible availability and a team‑first mindset
