What YOU will do:
- Perform residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections for homeowners.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Install, repair, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other electrical equipment using industry best practices.
- Plan and execute electrical installations in compliance with job specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local electrical codes.
- Complete whole-home rewires, panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical remodel projects.
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and provide homeowners with professional recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Accurately document work performed via Service Titan and ensure all projects are completed safely, correctly, and to the highest quality standards.
What you will bring:
- Progressive electrical experience within residential settings
- Journeyman's or residential license preferred
- Experience in residential repair and install
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Able to handle physical workload
